Rainbow-OS features:
- Page server
The page server in Rainbow-OS provides persistence for the Rainbow cluster. It monitors the data in
the shared memory space and protocols the changes. Rainbow can operate without a page server as well.
But the use of the page server offers some more features additionally
like an offline garbage collection or the fast recovery facility in case of a failure.
